Inspector - Electrical

Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations in various types of buildings to ensure compatibility with national and local standards (electrical Egyptian codes , NEC , IEC …etc.). Review specifications and other construction documents to verify compliance with approved plans. Inspect electrical systems ,equipment and components, including wiring ,raceways ,electrical panels ,transformers ,RMUs ,lighting and earthing system. Perform electrical systems safety testing including , main earth network measurement ,earth continuity test, cables and panels insulation test and RCD/earth leakage rating and time testing. Identify any electrical installation that violate safety ,deficiency and standards violations. Prepare a detailed inspection reports and communicate finding with relevant stakeholders.
Essential requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical power engineering. Experience with various electrical tests and testing equipment. Knowledge and the ability to search and hunt any required information from various electrical standards. Infrared Thermographer. Owning a car is preferred.
