We are currently searching for dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Solution Sales Specialist - ITSM - Cairo to join our Business Development and Strategy Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.
The candidate must have an experience in selling and presenting IT solutions at least one of the following domains (Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics).
Job Description
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective lead qualification to new prospects
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.

Skills:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in – enterprise sales or related position.
Sales experience at any of the following domains (IT Service Management, Cloud and Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Business Applications)
Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Customer-centric and good listener.
Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.
