Job Description

• Lead and manage a diverse team of account managers, technical resources, and partner managers to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Develop and execute inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple industries and markets.

• Develop and execute inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our global alliances.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in partner organizations.

• Identify new business opportunities within existing global partnerships and work to close high-value deals.

• Collaborate closely with the Global Alliances and field sales teams to align on targets, account plans, and sales strategies.

• Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and driving performance.

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to partners and internal teams.

• Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends to effectively position our solutions.

• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement lead generation campaigns and promotional activities for partners.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales activities and pipelines in CRM systems.

• Engage with customers across various sectors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using cloud and technology products.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a strong first impression and establishing long-term relationships.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove sales roadblocks and improve business development practices.

• Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies to enhance market penetration and drive product adoption.

• Ensure excellence in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM hygiene to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports for customers and partners.

• Work closely with marketing and channel teams to create and implement demand generation activities, events, and campaigns to drive lead generation and sales opportunities.

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
