The project:
A residential development comprising of mixture of luxurious homes, commercial zones and high-end schools surrounded by large swathes of greenery and landscape.

Client focus - Deliver on our promise:
- Supports development of strategies, standards and management plans and undertakes delivery of the information management (IM) discipline for client projects/programmes, to ensure efficient information management and successful project/programmes.
- Delivers IM process and system training.
- Supporting lead for IM on a project/programme.
- Develops and implements processes described within ISO19650 including how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery.
- Enhance document management system.
- Increase document retrieval efficiency.
- Improve document compliance.
- Supports in the issuance of tasks such as letters and dash boards.
- Defines and delivers IM strategies, standards (ink ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes.
- Establishes and manages the project/programme IM function following the strategy, standards and processes set.
- Trains project/programme colleagues in IM practices and processes and drives awareness and continuous improvement.
- Manages the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts are submitted and stored.
- Line manages, coaches and supports the IM Team working on the project, as direct and indirect reports.
- Contributes to global digital centre of excellence including body of knowledge, processes, case studies.
- Contributes to bids in terms of IM strategies and solutions.
- Contributes to the setup, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE).
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:
- Technical qualifications and certifications (or equivalent).
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Effective negotiator.
- Used to working with stakeholders at all levels. Disciplined in running IM processes.
You’ll also have:
- Effective team member and helping/training others.
- Able to work independently.
- Organised and ability to organise others, seek clarity, and manage boundaries.
