Influencer Outreach and Social Media Coordinator. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with influencers. You will play a key role in expanding our brand's presence by building relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations, and assisting with social media content creation, especially on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with influencers across various social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Initiate contact and maintain communication with influencers to negotiate content deals, collaborations, and sponsorships. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Stay up to date with social media trends and influencer marketing strategies to improve outreach efforts. Assist in creating content for social media channels, particularly TikTok, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and goals. Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns' performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers. Passionate about social media trends and emerging platforms. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and a fast-paced environment. Energetic, creative, and highly motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
