  • Industrial Deputy Division Manager


Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate and ensure that all Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns activities and work orders are implemented effectively and in compliance with the client’s quality, health, environment, and safety practices and procedures.


  • Track the execution of Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns against the plan, recommend changes if needed, and communicate the same with the concerned personnel.


  • Ensure that all work problems, issues, and disputes that might arise during the execution of Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns are effectively solved in coordination with all concerned parties.


  • Participate in developing the critical path, activity logic, estimated budget, and expected outcomes for turnarounds/major shutdowns.


  • Assist in managing and coordinating Turnaround tendering and contracting activities, such as attending pre-tender meetings, answering questions, and evaluating and awarding tenders.


  • Prepare Turnaround annual budgets, cost projections, and budget proposals and report them to the Industrial Division Manager for review and approval.


  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the division meets its performance and operational targets.


  • Ensure that Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns processes and procedures are correctly followed and continuously improved.


  • Coordinate with all concerned Divisions to ensure all required resources are available and ready to execute the work.


  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Industrial Division Manager.


  • Enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
