Thrive with B.TECH on a Journey that defines the essence of your professional evolution through Stability and Security, Continuous Development and Growth, a Well Established Prominent Organization, and a Culture of Innovation and Creativity.Join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation!About the job:We’re looking for a full-time “Indirect Sourcing Lead” to Lead the non-electronics product lifecycle for sustainable profitable growth through executing the strategic and operational plans.Responsibilities Execute corporate sales sourcing & procurement plans for non-electronics items (i.e building supplies, furniture’s, admin products and other categories), through leading efficient negotiations with suppliers & secure annual solid contracts in place Implement procurement processes that continually improve performance and response level Ensure development & efficient execution of a B2B driven contacts with key suppliers that delivers on obtaining lowest total system cost, best service level parameters on delivery & payment & continuous supplier performance tracking (Full Vendor Management). Acts as the resource on local suppliers’ capabilities by maintaining an updated file in coordination with QC that consists with database on local market supplier capabilities Ensure product availability (right place, right quantity, and right quality at the right time) in line with the following tools (Quartile Strategy + Inventory Quality) Ensure product stock levels that deliver on overall agreed inventory coverage across total system. Ensure efficient product rotation across total system & across sellable products & damaged products & different WH Ensure Category GP Healthy growth deliverables through negotiating margins in line with approved strategic & annual GP’s in place Tracks overall B2B electronics business performance against strategy and adjusts plans/investment as necessary Flex and allocate the operation resources according to needs
