ICC Team Leader

Job Purpose:

This position's main tasks are to design, implement and test applications for integrated central control system projects which may include Automatic Train supervision (ATS) systems, SCADA systems & Cyber Security systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configuration of ATS, SCADA & Cyber Security systems
• Integration of SW deliveries (developed on other Alstom sites)
• Support Test & Commissioning on-site activities 
• Provides all the necessary support to the Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) for the technical answer to the needs expressed by the Solution Director and the specific user project needs.
• Develops system documents, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Apply the system engineering processes in order to ensure that the system technically fulfils the defined needs and enhancements (change requests) and that a proper system engineering approach is being followed.
• Interacts with other Engineers to ensure that the design fits with the intended functions and architecture.
• Experience in leading teams throughout the full project cycle

Required Qualifications:

            Education:

Engineering University Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.

            Experience:

                        5-8 years of experience preferred in Software development.

Knowledge, Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

              Knowledge

• • Automation systems specially SCADA products
  • Standard and industrial protocols (OPC-UA, OPC-DA, MODBUS, SNMP, etc)
  • Good knowledge in PLC or DCS & SCADA systems
  • Software development using C# on Visual Studio environment is a plus
  • Web Application .NET 5: ASP.NET Core MVC, PWA, Entity Framework / SQL Server is a plus
  • Web frontend development: HMTL5/Javascript/CSS is a plus

Skills:

• • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work transversally with engineering teams
  • Proactivity & flexibility to change between different knowledge sectors
  • Willing to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience in railway signaling fields will be advantage.
  • Skills in Network & Communication will be appreciated.
