Your Role


As a Hardware Installer, you will play a critical role in bringing cutting-edge radiotherapy equipment to hospitals across the region. You’ll work hands-on at customer sites, ensuring smooth installations and system acceptance while collaborating closely with end users. This is a dynamic, travel-intensive position where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will make a real difference.


Key Responsibilities


  • Install and upgrade Varian Medical Systems (VMS) products following technical guidelines.
  • Provide basic user training and guidance on system operations and maintenance.
  • Advise customers on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, upgrades, and technical interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
  • Work independently and in teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

What You Bring


  • Education: Masters degree in electronics, electrical, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical expertise in mechanics, PC-based systems, and electronic/ systems.
  • Experience with product specifications, safety, and security.
  • Fluent English skills (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Important for you to know


  • Location: Primarily Egypt & the Middle East, with occasional installations across EMEA
    Travel Requirement: Up to 80% (Each installation: ~1-4 weeks)
