Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and suggest new assessment tools and methodologies to assess tutors’ performance


  • Assess the tutors' performance to ensure that it meets the required standards, using the proper systems, tools, and methodologies


  • Regularly assess the educational material provided to the tutors and manage their orientation and training


  • Manage the feedback process between the tutors and the Content Unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality content on time


  • Ensure that all tutors are informed of our policies and procedures or any changes that might take place


  • Communicate marketplace updates, that is, either new curriculums or new teaching methodologies applied by the Ministry of Education or teaching centers


  • Plan the schedules of all the subjects according to the tutors' availability and manage tutors' requests like schedule changes


Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Background in humanities and social sciences is a must


  • 3+ years of experience in the educational field


  • Knowledge of pedagogical approaches is preferable


  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills


  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and a strong sense of responsibility


  • Knowledge of tutoring’s best practices and effective communication
