ABOUT THE JOB :
As the Country HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our HR strategies in alignment with our business goals. You will be a trusted Business Partner, Cultural Ambassador, Project Leader, and driver of HR processes and digital transformation. Your strategic vision, leadership, and expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our organizational capabilities and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Partner:
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Provide strategic HR consultation and support to managers and employees to ensure optimal organizational performance.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.
Cultural Ambassador (Guide):
- Champion and promote the company’s culture, values, and diversity initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive and positive workplace environment where employees feel valued and engaged.
- Lead employee engagement activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s cultural and strategic objectives.
Project Leader:
- Lead and manage HR projects, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Coordinate with global HR teams to implement and align local HR initiatives with global standards.
HR Processes Responsible:
- Oversee and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with best practices.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Digital Transformation Driver:
- Lead the digital transformation of HR processes, implementing HR technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Stay abreast of HR technology trends and innovations, recommending and implementing solutions that drive HR effectiveness.
- Train and support employees in the adoption of new HR technologies and tools.
REQUIERMENTS :
- At least 3 years of experience in HR leadership of big multinational companies
- entrepreneurial mindset (Initiative, Decision Making, Strategic sense, Group coordination, Courage).
- Result-oriented (Goal Setting, Execution, efficiency).
