Job Description

  • Ensure the staff requisition cycle is running smoothly.
  • Choose the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Build pool of candidates by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Call the qualified candidates and set interviews with them.
  • Arranges interviews schedule and communicate them with the concerned parties.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  • Coordinate with different sources to subscribe and attend career fairs.
  • Conduct job interviews and perform HR interview assessment report.
  • Complete the Hiring Process. (Job Offer, inform the concerned Parties).
  • Notify the concerned parties in both of head office and sites with newcomers to take the required action.
  • Coordinate with compensation and benefits department to issue and send offer letter to accepted candidates.
  • Prepare/update employment records related to hiring, transferring, and promotion
  • Assist in writing and developing job descriptions.
  • Contact universities to acquire top students for summer training program.
  • Contact project managers to coordinate the process of summer training program and allocate the trainees on different sites successfully.
  • Perform other related duties as required
