A Well-Known Engineering Company Located in Heliopolis is looking for "HR Generalist" to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess strong HR operations skills, ensuring smooth processes within a dynamic engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and compliance.
- Handle personnel-related tasks, including employee insurance, social security, and other benefits administration.
- Support recruitment, from scheduling interviews to overseeing onboarding.
- Assist in employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure alignment with company policies and labor laws.
- Contribute to performance management and staff development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Very good English level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
