This position is accountable for conducting analyses of occupational hazards and health and environmental risks and prescribing the preventive or corrective measures, equipment, training and education necessary to ensure that the services team meets and/or exceeds the requirements of federal, state, and local regulations, codes and/or laws and company policies and procedures. · Reviews and revise’s location standards, policies and practices as necessary to assure they are current and in concert with company and / or regulatory requirements. · Assists with maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 program requirements and certification. · Trains associates, managers/supervisors and other employees in the areas of general safety and environmental awareness, specific program requirements and specific job requirements. · Maintains required records, prepares reports and files as necessary to meet corporate and regulatory requirements. · Participates in audits and inspections of the location to ensure company objectives and regulatory requirements are met. § 5-8 Years experience in HSE preferably in a services/sites or construction. § Ability to communicate, influence & convince in a complex matrix organization. § Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. § Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. § Proficiency in HSE management systems and tools.
