What you'll do:
- Responsible for auditing the employee’s data that were uploaded by the personnel team.
- Responsible for the exporting reports and analysist the data to share the attrition reports and new hires report.
- Responsible for sharing a monthly active report with payroll team.
- Responsible for sharing the active/leaver report for dashboards reporting.
- Responsible for applying the transfers, resignations and promotions on system.
- Responsible for updating the time off on the system.
- Communicate any issues or improvement needed to the technology team.
- Responsible for apply any changes in the org structure on the system.
- Responsible for tracking and updating the attendance system and extracting the report to be shared with the payroll team.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor Degree in HR or MIS (Information systems) or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience working with HRIS systems
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
