PaxeraHealth Corp. is looking for an HR to join our team. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.
The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. Candidates should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including hiring documents, contract renewals, and terminations in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Social Insurance and Benefits: Manage employee benefits, including social insurance registration, health insurance plans, and leave entitlements. Ensure seamless enrollment and timely resolution of any issues.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, from preparing employment contracts to orientation. Facilitate smooth offboarding for departing employees, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
- Policy Compliance and Implementation: Implement and enforce HR policies in alignment with company goals and ensure all practices are compliant with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Track and manage employee attendance records, sick leaves, annual leaves, and other absences. Address attendance issues in coordination with department heads.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other personnel matters. Support positive employee relations and handle grievances as needed.
- HR Reporting and Documentation: Generate monthly and quarterly reports on employee attendance, and benefits utilization. Maintain organized and confidential HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Has a previous experience in software industries is a Must.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies.
- Superb conflict resolution skills
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
