EgyBell is hiring HR Specialist for one of the leading outsourcing organizations in KSA.
Full-time/Remote

Responsibilities:



Lead initiatives within the MEA HR Operations forum to exchange best practices and knowledge. Manage relationships with local third-party vendors, including banks, immigration offices (where applicable), and medical & insurance providers. Actively participate in global and regional HR projects. Handle On/Off boarding cycle and ensure to meet minimum complaints and company standards. Coordinate and manage the entire onboarding process, including pre-boarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork. Support and maintain HR activities and programs, including staffing, compensation, benefits, and training. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations during the offboarding process. Process employee life cycle transactions, such as promotions, transfers, and salary changes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and professionally. Administer employee compensation, benefit programs, ensuring clear communication. Enforce and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with company culture and legal requirements. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. Maintain accuracy and quality in all HR tasks, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of experience. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required. Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR practices, with an emphasis on Localization requirements. Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR project management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues discretely. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
