Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist with expertise in personnel management and payroll processes. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, including calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee performance management and development initiatives.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
