Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.


  • Ensure timely execution of performance appraisals, managing timelines and stakeholder communication.


  • Support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary structure maintenance.


  • Process salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and incentive payouts in line with company policies.


  • Manage benefits & pensions enrollments, modifications, and terminations while coordinating with external vendors.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and solutions-oriented support.


Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR service delivery, compensation, or benefits administration.


  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, labor laws, and data management.


  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Fluency in Arabic & English.


  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
