Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee employee data in the HR system.
- Oversee employees' absences (regular / irregular) and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Oversee all types of leave balances for employees.
Compliance and Labor Law Adherence
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Stay updated on labor law changes.
- Oversee process of probations, contracts, renewals, and resignations.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Assist in managing employee relations activities.
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Oversee onboarding processes.
- Manage offboarding procedures.
Policy Development and Process Improvement
- Develop and improve personnel policies and procedures.
- Recommend process enhancements.
Social Insurance and Government Relations
- Support employees with social insurance inquiries.
- Build relationships with government authorities.
Payroll Management
- Perform daily payroll operations.
- Manage payroll using SAP’s ECP module.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Reconcile payroll and validate reports.
- Understand taxation of employer-paid benefits.
- Handle unclaimed property payroll checks.
- Develop financial and operational reports.
- Address file issues with the appropriate audience.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 ~ 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of social insurance and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment policies and procedures.
