HR Operations Specialist
Cairo Operations – Human Resource / Full Time / Hybrid
Responsibilities
+ Execute day-to-day HR operations, including support in the first stage in onboarding, offboarding, employee data management.
+ Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the ERP system.
+ Generate and analyze HR reports to support data driven decision making.
+ Ensure compliance and stay up to date with changes in local labor legislation.
+ Monitoring and managing the probationary period for new hires, including evaluations and follow up actions.
+ Act as a point of contact for HR related inquiries from employees.
+ Assist in resolving employees’ issues and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
+ Responsible for communicating company internal announcements such as holidays, monthly gatherings.
+ Responsible for vacations requests in ERP system.
+ Support other HR functions in activities such as engagements and events.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 0-3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
+ Excellent in MS office and ERP system.
+ Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong understanding of local labor law and company policy.
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Detail- oriented with the commitment to accuracy in data management.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills.
