We are seeking a motivated Talent Management Intern to support our HR team with performance management and data analysis. This role is perfect for someone passionate about HR and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration.
- Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help with HR administrative tasks such as drafting communication, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, providing support with research, data collection, and preparation of materials.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures and provide assistance as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts in HR operations.
