Job Summary
Implementation of the organization policies and assuring the compliance with the targeted values.to assure the right selection for candidates to join and to work on the development for the talent calipers
Also, controlling the manpower cost factor.
Roles & Responsibilities
For implementing Corporate HR Policies within the Business Units.
Be responsible in developing the headcount plan in respect of managers and workers in consonance with the organization structure templates, job classification and bands and in line with the business plans and budgets.
To carry out monthly reviews of headcount and proactively plan for recruitments in respect of employees, in bands AM & below including advance hiring for anticipated contract terminations and attrition.
To recruit for vacancies and anticipated vacancies in bands AM & below ensuring compliance with profile specifications. Coordinate with Corporate HR for salary approval and appointment letters.
To manage the exit entry process of non-management employees including Employment Visas by observing the established procedures laid down in this regard.
To assist the BUs HR Heads in running the performance management program in respect of setting KRA’s, mid-year and Annual appraisals including dialogue with Business Unit managers for calibrating relative performance and ratings distribution.
To ensure the administration of the attendance system, overtime policy, payroll computation and salary disbursal for workmen
To develop and maintain workers HRIS and use these for non-management employee decisions at the Business Unit.
HRMS package implementation.
To ensure that employees are adequately trained to carry out their work in a safe manner and are also trained to handle emergencies such as fires and accidents.
To plan for periodic medical checkups and diagnose accident reports and illness statistics for preventive action.
To maintain productive relationship with Labor, Health, Police, and Municipality and provide for public relations support to the factory and Business Unit.
To be responsible for implementing Vision and Values
KPIs
FOH Cost - production related heads with in approved budget.
Conduct manpower planning in consultation with all department heads and get it approved from the management, Conduct Performance appraisal exercise
ERP Implementation
Develop organizational culture in line with IFFCO vision and values. Ensure training & development of department staff to perform their role more effectively.
Ensure smooth management of HRIS and monthly salary disbursement should be done on 1st working day of every month.
Vision and Values
Work experience requirement 8-10 Years of relevant functional experience in reputed Companies, in the relevant Industry/Sector.
Qualification Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Psychology or any other stream with Management Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in HRD from a reputed Business School
