Responsibilities
  • Design and manage top talent retention programs.

Qualification:

  • Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
