Job Description

Talen 360 is hiring a unique HR Lead to join our client ASAP with the following requirements:
Expected Job Role
 HR Operations
Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in employee compensation and benefits administration.
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build a strong talent pipeline and manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Design and implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
3. Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive working environment.
Drive initiatives to foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and collaboration.
4. Learning and Development
Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Monitor training outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
5. Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits and management reviews.
Required Years of Experience
5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the construction industry.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the construction industry.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and HR best practices within the construction sector.

Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
Working Hours:09:00 AM -05:00 PM
Days Off: Friday- Saturday
