Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support with job postings, resumé reviews, and interviews scheduling to assist with the recruitment process
  • Engage in initial candidate screenings and collaborate with hiring managers for better alignment between candidate skills and job requirements
  • Assist new employees with onboarding procedures, including documentation completion, to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization
  • Update and manage employee records within the HRIS (human resources information system) and generate reports as necessary to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Respond to employee inquiries concerning HR policies, benefits, and procedures to adhere to organizational guidelines
  • Assist with designated projects and tasks assigned by the HR manager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to departmental goals

Qualifications and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or any relevant field
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal
