Job Title: Senior HR Generalist.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to employee relations and HR administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices to improve HR operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role (generalist experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
