Job Description:

The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction. This role involves managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, maintaining employee records, managing benefits, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and organize employee documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage employee contracts, attendance records, leave requests, and overtime calculations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to employee records and payroll information.
  • Oversee the enrollment, administration, and termination processes for medical and social insurance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding insurance inquiries and claims.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on the performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives, including organizing company events and activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand the required L&D plan for each employee. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Location: 10th of Ramadan, Egypt
Position Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
