You will act as a trusted advisor, providing HR expertise in talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. Your ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives will be key to the success of both our people and business.
Job DescriptionStrategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Copreci's global objectives, ensuring consistency across all international locations.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector. Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a skilled workforce.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and international standards. Oversee health and safety programs, particularly in manufacturing settings, to maintain a safe workplace.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee competencies, especially in areas like gas control systems and induction technologies.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and provide insights into workforce trends.
Job Requirements:- Proven 5 years of experience in working in the same position.
- Familiar with FMCG Industry.
- Max. age 40
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality or a same filed.
- Preferred Location in 10th of Ramadan.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and in both verbal and writing (Spanish language will be greatly appreciated).
- Ability to interpret quality data and metrics for informed decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Work condition - Working hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Location: 10th of Ramadan
