Job Description
This position will be responsible for assisting the HR team with all related processes and functions. This role will assist in attracting and hiring talent for different levels across the organization and will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. He/ She will strive to provide a standard and exceptional candidate/employee experience reflecting our firms culture, values, and success factors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with developing an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline using research, networking, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Shortlisting candidates as per requirements - CV screening, scheduling interviews, conducting HR interviews and shortlisting qualified candidates for final round
- Working with HR to determine best fit candidates, co-ordinate interviews, obtain qualitative feedback and present/manage through to offer stage
- Reference checking for potential employees
- Preparing and reviewing offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates
- Collecting and verifying document of new joiners
- Handling the onboarding process- introduction calls, formalities and documentation run through, dress code and induction of new joiners
- Document preparation and coordination with Ministry representative to ensure all visa and residency related processes are completed in a timely manner
- Enrolling/cancelling employees to Medical Insurance Plans
- Updating and maintaining employee database as per best practices stipulated by the Labor Laws
- Updating and maintaining attendance and leave database
- Assisting with employee engagement activities
- Assist HR team with all related administrative tasks, processes, functions and projects
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Windows-based programs.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and well dressed

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE
- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree, HR specialization preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field
- Fluent in English
- Arabic preferred
