Assist in all HR activities & functions, starting from Recruitment, Hiring Process & Employment Documents to coordination for Compensation & Benefits Assignments. Handle all attendance administration process and finger print control. Coordinate for all Medical Insurance Services & Daily Medical Requests & Claims. Calculate monthly overtime, time sheet and relative expenses for all employees on ERP System. Handle all Personnel Files Archive and Audit Preparation. Screen C.Vs for all vacancies in coordination with HR Director. Follow up with finance for all social insurance & governmental fees related to Unions & Labor offices . Facilitate all HR Process to new hires & resigned ones.
Qualifications
Fluent English is a Must
3-5 Years Experience in Personnel or HR.
Preferably BA in Computer Sciences. Additional Information
Friday & Saturday are off.
Work location in Maadi.
