We have an excellent opportunity available for a Temporary position to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.
You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supporting with handling data sheets
- Preparing Closing Files
- Support in different HR operations (Salary Certificates, STL, etc..)
- Raising & Tracking POs and GRs related to People Packages
- Checking Manual Accruals on a Monthly basis
- Checking Bonus accruals on a Monthly Basis
- Working with Finance team on the analysis of monthly actuals for People Packages
- Support in Preparing HR budget
- Prepare Pay slips for the employees in Dubai & KSA
Profile
- 1-2 years of Experience
- English Knowledge
- Controlling Background
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
