Objective


We have an excellent opportunity available for a Temporary position to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.


You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.


Essential Responsibilities


  • Supporting with handling data sheets
  • Preparing Closing Files
  • Support in different HR operations (Salary Certificates, STL, etc..)
  • Raising & Tracking POs and GRs related to People Packages
  • Checking Manual Accruals on a Monthly basis
  • Checking Bonus accruals on a Monthly Basis
  • Working with Finance team on the analysis of monthly actuals for People Packages
  • Support in Preparing HR budget
  • Prepare Pay slips for the employees in Dubai & KSA

Profile


  • 1-2 years of Experience
  • English Knowledge
  • Controlling Background
  • Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
