• Handle the employees attendance, vacations & overtime activities.
• Handle the governmental authorities requirements.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, files and leave management.
• Responsible for all medical insurance activities.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Receive and validate hiring documents submitted by the candidate and obtain their signature on form1 of social insurance and obtain new hires signature on hiring documents.
• Ensure timely processing for all contracts renewal.
• Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.
• Responsible for obtaining signature of resigned employees on form 6 and clearance form.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
• Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct training need assessment (functional/behavioral) with function management.
• Handle all employees-related logistics for the implantation of training plan.
• Assist in the implementation of performance review cycles.
• Responsible for the payroll and overtime with the alignment of the finance team.
• Responsible the factory petty cash.
• Responsible for the Kitchen inventory daily reports.
• Responsible for janitors daily reports.
• Handle travels, physical security, facility of the business offices, transportation, audits and all related documentation and archiving, and visits.
• Provide accurate reporting for all the related activities.
• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in various HR roles including 2-3 years of Operational experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
