We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HORECA Account Manager to join our team. As a HORECA Account Manager at Tagaddod, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry.


Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector.
  • Understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the hotel sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and sales forecasts.
