We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HORECA Account Manager to join our team. As a HORECA Account Manager at Tagaddod, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector.
- Understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the hotel sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and sales forecasts.
