Overview of the role: To ensure documentations to different departments sent on time met or exceeded by effectively carrying out day to day jobs to meet service standards in the Regional Office.

What you will do: 

• Follow all the procedures regarding information and documentation whilst making deliveries.
• Constantly update files.
• Provide feedback if there is any quality problems.
• Ensure personal hygiene and tidiness when on duty, and interact with customer with due consideration to cultural sensibilities.
• Training and self-developing as well as procedures and processes.    
• To represent brand at the required level
• To maintain standards to the required level

What you will need:

• 3 – 4 years
• Knowledge of retail operations
