Job Description

Role Profile
  • Engage with Business Development and Sales team to drive pipeline management in the healthcare sector.
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector both public and private specifically with regards to digital solutions and digital transformation projects.
  • Lead solution demonstration activities with potential vendors in response to client requirements.
  • Work with cross functional teams to analyze and deliver technical and costing offerings.
  • Build and maintain technical offering templates, costing sheets and demo plan.
  • Work with teams to build technical solutions’ offerings in response to client requirements. including identify the potential technology vendors options. This includes costing and contract negotiation.
  • Review and approve the technical components of the proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions, before submission to the sales team for final compilation.


Qualifications and Core Competencies

Personal Skills


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiations skills.
• Strong command of Business English.


Technical Skills


• B.Sc. of Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Digital Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with healthcare IT solutions such as EHRs, PACS, LIS, HIE, ..etc.
• Strong experience digital transformation projects.
