We are looking for dynamic candidate who can act as section head to drive Tendering & Operation team and fulfill its function. Job Purpose:The ICT Tendering & Operation Department serves as a strategic unit responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Bits customers pre-sales service requests required to perform end customers proposals including but not limited to tender responses and technical requests. This includes rapid technical analysis of opportunities, precise gap identification, innovative pricing strategies, and ensuring common understanding of sales and end user requirements to provide high-quality deliverables. The department acts as a bridge between Bits Egypt technical teams and customers commercial teams (Bits & ACT), driving collaboration, monitoring production, and maintaining control to meet customer requirements deliverables, deadlines and standards effectively.Description: Lead the department’s operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market demands. Oversee tender analysis, pricing strategies, and validation processes. Coordinate with commercial teams and technical teams for seamless collaboration. Monitor progress, resolve escalations, and ensure the quality of received RFP’s Documents and deliverables are as expected. Engagement with end customers for design clarifications or technical presentations when required. Customer: Conduct rapid detailed analysis of tenders or requests, identifying gaps, risks, and competitive opportunities. Validate requirements with the commercial team, identify deliverables and assign tasks to technical teams (ICT & Non-ICT). Technical Tech Teams: Monitor production activities, ensuring progress aligns with milestones and quality standards. Implement structured validation processes and coordinate final deliverable handover. Operation & Management: Frequently update of progress and issues. Initiate & follow up issues resolution action plans. Continuously evaluate and improve departmental processes based on lessons learned.
