Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive professional services strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of professional services professionals, including project managers, consultants, and customer success managers.
- Define and implement best practices, processes, and methodologies for project delivery and client engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the professional services organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and financial indicators to track the success and profitability of professional services engagements.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to professional services and client success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles within the software industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading professional services teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with enterprise software solutions and technologies.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
