You need to have is:
Proven experience as a IT Manager or similar role.
Professional certification (e.g. MCSA, CCNA) is a plus.
Embracing customer first approach, able to develop trust-based relationship with internal customers and understand their needs
Embracing one-team approach, able to be a strong team player
Excellent command of English
You will:
5+ years of experience with Switching & Routing, Wireless, MPLS, VOIP
Knowledge of network security technologies and protocols. Especially Fortigate product family (Sandbox, Mail GW, FW, WAF, VPN, SD-WAN etc.),
Experience with providing technical support for servers, storages, network devices and related IT equipment;
Maintaining data backups and asset lifecycle management;
Monitor and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and other technical equipment of the company.
Conduct system troubleshooting to segregate and identify general system/network problems.
Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
Manage related vendors to keep infrastructure availability up
Maintain vulnerability management and disaster recovery preparation.
Support implementation and troubleshooting of all actions, additions and major changes to support SIEM and DLP systems
Provide necessary actions, for client, security and internal audits.
Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions.
Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed.
Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades.
