Head of Instructional Design will lead the design and implementation of effective learning solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational goals and enhance performance.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and frameworks to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Design and oversee the creation of e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and ensure training solutions address business challenges.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through assessments, feedback, and analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment of instructional materials with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in learning design and technology.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field, with significant experience in designing and implementing learning programs.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related fields, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning solutions across various formats and technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and create data-driven learning solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts effectively.
