About the role
As a Head of HR & Facilities Management you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and talent management within the organization. This includes but is not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, facilities management, learning and development, equity and inclusion initiatives. You will advocate for both employees and the company, ensuring the alignment of human resources practices with the company’s goals and values.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, drive performance, and enhance employee engagement
Overseeing the recruitment and hiring processes to build and sustain a talented and diverse workforce
Acting as a primary contact for all HR matters, including talent management, employee development, organizational development and employee relations
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies and industry regulations
Reviewing and processing payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement
Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data in the HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Leading, managing, and motivating a team of People professionals to meet departmental goals and objectives
Overseeing the office administration & facilities team and ensuring compliance with company policies and governmental regulation
Managing the office supplies inventory and ensure that the office is adequately equipped to fulfill team needs
Supporting with any ad-hoc facilities management tasks such as transportation costs & requests, office enhancements and upgrades, approvals for new properties as well as maintaining existing licenses
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree in Human Resources will be considered a plus
Minimum 8+ years of experience in People related roles with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management principles
Proven experience leading and managing People teams
