NAOS Talents is seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to drive successful digital marketing strategies across Africa for the Student placement and IELTS business. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for digital technologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Manage a team of digital marketers with an innovative approach
Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the overall digital strategy for the region
Drive digital marketing efforts to achieve business goals
Oversee various digital marketing channels and measure ROI and KPIs
Work closely with webmasters and SEO teams to optimize online presence
Manage regional Expo events from a digital perspective
Enhance lead conversion through collaboration with marketing operation managers in multiple countries
Supervise social media accounts and online content
Analyze SEO and Google Analytics data to inform strategies
Develop an inbound marketing plan
Research competitors and provide recommendations for improvement
7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Familiarity with web design
