Hardware Engineer.

Talent 360 is hiring - Hardware Engineer - to one of our clients,
Job description:
-Design and maintain hardware components, particularly custom electrical and mechanical
enclosures.
-Plan and execute the complete design cycle, including requirements analysis, conceptual
design, schematic and layout development, and releasing designs for manufacturing.
-Develop and implement test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of hardware
components.
-Oversee the deployment of new hardware and software, ensuring smooth and efficient system functionality.
-Collaborate with embedded engineers to troubleshoot and test firmware, ensuring seamless
integration with hardware components.
-Evaluate supplier offers by analysing performance and pricing to achieve cost reduction and
improved efficiency.
-Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure the timely delivery of systems and devices that meet specifications.
-Provide training to the maintenance team and supervise their work to ensure hardware products are compatible and reliable.
-Maintain accurate records of all devices and product components
Job requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven experience in hardware design and development, including PCB design and electro-
mechanical systems.
-Strong project management skills and experience working with external consultants and
designers.
-Experience developing low-level debug firmware is a plus
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and Leadership abilities.
-Ability to be independent.
