Job Description
Talent 360 is hiring a hardware engineer for one of our clients:
Design and maintain hardware components, particularly custom electrical and mechanical enclosures.
Plan and execute the complete design cycle, including requirements analysis, conceptual design, schematic and layout development, and releasing designs for manufacturing.
Develop and implement test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of hardware components.
Oversee the deployment of new hardware and software, ensuring smooth and efficient system functionality.
Collaborate with embedded engineers to troubleshoot and test firmware, ensuring seamless integration with hardware components.
Evaluate supplier offers by analysing performance and pricing to achieve cost reduction and improved efficiency.
Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure the timely delivery of systems and devices that meet specifications.
Provide training to the maintenance team and supervise their work to ensure hardware products are compatible and reliable.
Maintain accurate records of all devices and product components
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven experience at least two years in hardware design and development, including PCB design and electro-mechanical systems.
-Strong project management skills and experience working with external consultants and designers.
-Experience developing low-level debug firmware is a plus
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and Leadership abilities.
Ability to be independent
Work conditions:
- From Sunday to Thursday
- Friday and Saturday are off
