Job Description

The GYM Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitness facility. This role involves ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
  • Supervise and lead the gym staff to deliver exemplary customer service and achieve operational targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Design strategies to increase membership and improve member engagement through innovative programs and events.
  • Monitor gym performance metrics and prepare regular reports detailing operational performance, member satisfaction, and financial reports.
  • Maintain equipment, ensure proper use, and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from members professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial operations related to the gym.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the gym and its services effectively.
