Job Description
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Anticipate and address guest needs and preferences.
- Build rapport with guests and create a personalized experience.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with special requests and arrangements, such as room upgrades or dining reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Prepare guest correspondence and documentation as needed.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures if required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Contribute to the overall success of the guest relations team.
