Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Oversee all aspects of Guest Relations to maximise guest satisfaction, ensuring personal recognition and prompt, cordial attention from arrival through departure
  • Manage VIP services, including personal greetings, special recognition, and tailored amenities for members and repeat guests
  • Liaise closely with Concierge, Front Office, F&B, and other departments to coordinate guest services, hotel events, and special requests
  • Oversee guest arrival and departure processes, including room allocations, welcome preparations, and coordination with Airport Concierge
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Maintain and update guest information systems, including repeat guest history and VIP profiles
  • Promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
  • Participate in regular cross-departmental meetings to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multi-cultural team
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a calm and courteous demeanour
  • Able to exercise good judgement in challenging situations
