Your Mission


Responsible for the deployment of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) for an extended scope (sites/ domains/technologies/methodologies/tools).


Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!


This is a strong techno functional role, accountable for understanding business pain points and problems and solve them through analytics. Sound knowledge in supply chain process flows and understanding of analytical technologies like ETL, BI, RPA and DS are mandatory.


· Interact with customers to understand their business problems and provide best-in-class analytics solutions.


· To serve as a bridge between business and technical (data team) in identifying the data, collecting it for the ETL team to transform and provide actionable insights.


· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.


· Analysing the data and creating dashboards which displays actionable insights to stake holders.


· Interact with Regional and global Data Platform leaders and understand data flows that integrate into Tableau/analytics.


· Business process flow knowledge in ERP is required to understand the required insights/KPI’s and understand business pain points.


· Exposure or hands on in RPA tools to automate the business processes and free up business team’s energy.


· Clear understanding of Data bases / data warehouse/ Data lakes. Demonstrate strength in data modelling, ETL development, and data warehousing.


· Finding the right data sources from ERP and best of breed applications for the business requirements and sharing them to technical data team. Need a person who understand SAP, Kinaxis and other applications etc.


· Adding growth value to business by analysing the existing data points and Identify automation opportunities.


· Ability to identify new use cases in BI, RPA, or DS.


· Ability to check the data availability in data warehouse/data lakes for the initial analysis.


· Understand data governance, quality and security and integrate analytics with these corporate platforms.


· Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis.



About You


Technology Skills and Project Experience:


- 4 – 6 years of experience as business analyst with strong functional understanding in Supply chain domain.


- Finance, Opportunity, Sales and Marketing domain knowledge added advantage.


- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex data-related issues.


- Proficiency in Visualization tools like tableau, ETL tools like Informatica, Glue and Snap logic and Automation tools like UI path are an added advantage.


Business / Soft Skills:


- Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills.


- Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


- A data-driven mindset, Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions.


- Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources.


- Ability to delegate where appropriate.


- Must be a strong team player/leader.
