We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Senior Associate who will join our Brand & Growth (B&G) division.
In this role, you will craft and execute marketing plans with your stakeholders that support customer acquisition and revenue generation goals. This includes leading media planning and buying and implementation for online and offline campaigns, executing offline events and activations, and working with strategic partners locally to achieve KPIs and drive net new pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Demand Generation & Growth Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and roadshows, to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Typically across Paid, Earned and Owned media.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop targeted marketing strategies to penetrate key accounts and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Market Strategy & Competitive Analysis: Analyze the local market landscape, identify opportunities, and refine positioning to strengthen brand presence.
- Marketing Goal Setting & Performance Optimization: Define local marketing goals, track key success metrics, and ensure alignment with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Budget & ROI Management: Oversee marketing budget allocation, monitor spending efficiency, and optimize investments based on performance analysis.
- Field & Offline Marketing: Develop and execute offline marketing initiatives, integrating sales and marketing efforts to drive regional pipeline and revenue growth.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Serve as a key liaison between sales and marketing teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration in planning and executing
